The communications firm has experienced rapid growth in the last two years, achieving $7 million in revenue in 2009 and $8 million in revenue in 2010. It expects to revenue to grow larger than $10 million in the coming year, said Tom Geiser, Black Twig managing partner.

Black Twig has added eleven new employees to its offices in New York and St. Louis since October 2010, as the St. Louis office moved to a larger office space to fill the influx of new business.

The new San Francisco office will initially offer public relations, creative and marketing services, Geiser said.
